2. Walk-in consultation and treatment may be available only during clinic hours.
3. Building access: For weekend appointments, please enter through the south door of the building by using the access code sent with your booking confirmation email. If you need help for entering, please call us.
4. Cancellation: If you cannot come for your appointment, please cancel online or call us in advance (24 hours before your appointment). Patients who repleatedly miss their appointments will be charged for the scheduled time at 50% rate and may be denied future appointment scheduling.
Many health insurance companies cover the cost of acupuncture treatments. We start to accept major insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Personal Injury, and Worker's Compensation cases. We will help you find out if your plan covers our treatments for your condition(s) and what are the specific benefits (such as yearly visit limit, exclusions or limitations, in or out-of-network coverage, and deductible and co-payment).
